Leading with Purpose: Labor and Leadership
and the City of will present the 2025 John Robert Lewis Leadership Conference January 31-February 1 on the main campus of . The conference, now in its 21st year, seeks to bring individuals together to promote dialogue that fosters multicultural collaboration to strengthen relationships and empower diverse leaders with the tools to better serve their organizations and communities.
Dr. Keith Elder, President of Saint Xavier University, and Chancellor Dr. Jack Hawkins, Jr. will serve as keynote speakers for this year's event. In addition to the two keynote addresses, participants can take part in plenary sessions that begin at 8:30 a.m. on Feb. 1. There are informative and inspirational sessions for students and community participants led by speakers, including Dr. Sabrina Pennington, Kevin Dorsey, members of the Lewis family, Dr. Henry Terry, Tonya Terry and Dr. Chanukah Anderson.

Each year the committee selects a new chairperson. Mr. Luther Jones is serving as
the 2025 conference chair.
